I am an independent virtual assistant who helps entrepreneurs reclaim their time, streamline operations, and achieve work-life balance without burnout. My journey initially started in 2013 when I pursued a career as a call center agent, driven by my passion for working in a field that involves the English language. However, after getting married in 2018, my husband and I found ourselves living separate lives due to opposite work shifts—he worked during the day as a truckman, while I worked nights in a BPO, all while being away from both of our families. The loneliness of our situation made me realize that something had to change. When the pandemic hit in 2019, it became a blessing in disguise, opening the door to a new opportunity. I discovered the world of virtual assistance, allowing me to transition from working in the city—away from my family—to working remotely from home. Determined to succeed, I enrolled in multiple skill courses and built a strong foundation in virtual assistance and business support.
As I officially started working with a client as a VA since December 2019, I found a new passion with this work which is to empower business owners to delegate effectively so they can save their precious time and focus on high-impact activities that drive growth. My expertise lies in business operations, virtual assistance, project management, and team management, allowing startups and established brands to scale efficiently.
What started as solo freelancing soon evolved into TimeCraft Virtuals. This growth not only allowed me to help more entrepreneurs but also provided opportunities for my fellow Filipinos—especially those who are unemployed—to start their VA careers. As TimeCraft team continues to grow, our mission remains clear: to build a thriving team of Filipino VAs founded on trust, efficiency, and reliability to help entrepreneurs save 50-80% of their precious time. Through this journey, I’ve noticed a common struggle among entrepreneurs:

1. COLLABORATING
You schedule a discovery call for us to talk about your pain points like the tasks that consume most of your time. Then an action plan will be sent to you so you will have a full understanding on how we can help you save 80% of your time.
2. CONFIRMING
You confirm the duration of the contract as a starting point of working together, sending and confirming the service contract, and sending the required payment agreed during discovery call.
3. ONBOARDING
We do an onboarding call where where we walk you through with our working process, communication tools and platforms, discuss the preferred method and frequency of communication, and provide an overview of the tasks and projects to be managed.
4. PERFORMING
We perform the tasks and we make sure that every end of month we will have our monthly report to make sure we do not only deliver but we provide satisfaction.
5. ADJUSTING (IF NEEDED) AND CONTINUE PERFORMING
We value our client satisfaction so much! At the end of the month, you are welcome to share feedback on each completed tasks and overall satisfaction of the whole month's performance. By doing this, we can do any adjustments needed to better align with your expectations.
Our hourly rate ranges from $5/hour up to $25/hour depending on the type of services that will be rendered. We also have different packages that you can select from below!
