Anj Castro is an independent Virtual Assistant who helps entrepreneurs reclaim their time, streamline operations, and achieve work-life balance—without burnout.

She began her career as a call center agent in 2013, working far from her family. When she got married in 2018, she and her husband found themselves living separate lives due to conflicting work shifts—he worked during the day as a truckman, while she worked nights in a BPO. The loneliness of their situation made them long for a work-from-home setup, which finally became a reality when the pandemic hit in 2019.

During that time, virtual assistance began gaining attention, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise for Anj. It opened the door for her to transition from city-based jobs—away from her loved ones—to working remotely from home. Determined to succeed, she enrolled in multiple skills courses and built a strong foundation in virtual assistance and business support.

Anj officially started working with a client as a Virtual Assistant in December 2019. She quickly found passion in this field—empowering business owners to delegate effectively so they can save time and focus on revenue-driving activities. Her expertise includes business operations, virtual assistance, project management, and team leadership—allowing startups and established brands to scale efficiently.

What began as solo freelancing eventually evolved into TimeCraft Virtuals. This growth not only allowed Anj to help more entrepreneurs but also enabled her to provide jobs for fellow Filipinos. As the TimeCraft team continues to grow, they gain more clarity on their mission: To build a thriving team of Filipino VAs grounded in trust, efficiency, and reliability—to help entrepreneurs save up to 80% of their time through smart delegation.

1. COLLABORATING


You schedule a discovery call for us to talk about your pain points like the tasks that consume most of your time. Then an action plan will be sent to you so you will have a full understanding on how we can help you save 80% of your time.

2. CONFIRMING

You confirm the duration of the contract as a starting point of working together, sending and confirming the service contract, and sending the required payment agreed during discovery call.

3. ONBOARDING


We do an onboarding call where where we walk you through with our working process, communication tools and platforms, discuss the preferred method and frequency of communication, and provide an overview of the tasks and projects to be managed.

4. PERFORMING


We perform the tasks and we make sure that every end of month we will have our monthly report to make sure we do not only deliver but we provide satisfaction.

5. ADJUSTING (IF NEEDED) AND CONTINUE PERFORMING

We value our client satisfaction so much! At the end of the month, you are welcome to share feedback on each completed tasks and overall satisfaction of the whole month's performance. By doing this, we can do any adjustments needed to better align with your expectations.
